At Maltby Manor, we firmly believe that a school thrives when it actively listens to its students and values their input. Empowering our students’ voices is central to our ethos, and it drives us to implement their ideas wherever possible.

Our Student Leadership Team serves as a vital bridge between our student community and the Senior Leadership Team. They bring forward student ideas, concerns, and suggestions, ensuring they play a key role in shaping school decisions.

The team meets monthly to discuss important topics, collaborate on solutions, and make a meaningful impact within our school. Together, they are helping create a vibrant, inclusive, and forward-thinking educational environment.
