Student Leadership Team
We are thrilled to introduce our Student Leadership Team for the 2023/24 academic year! In our view, a school is incomplete if it doesn't actively engage with its children’s voices and, whenever feasible, implement their ideas. This principle lies at the core of our approach at Maltby Manor.
Our Student Leadership Team acts as the conduit for the ideas and concerns of our student community, channelling them to our Senior Leadership Team to ensure that they are factored into school decisions. Our team convenes on a monthly basis to deliberate on these issues and ideas, facilitating a dynamic and responsive educational environment.
